Miho Love Pillow by Cal Exotics
The Miho love pillow is my first sex doll and honestly inflatable dolls have always had negative “loser that can’t get laid” connotations for me. Will “Milo” change my mind? Read ahead to find out.

Materials: Cleaning and Safety Concerns
The doll is made of PVC plastic and the masturbator is made of TPR. Both of these materials are somewhat porous and can’t be thoroughly sanitized or sterilized. So use a condom if sharing this thing. To clean this toy use warm water and antibacterial soap. Keep in mind, the masturbator is open at the end so lube and semen will drip out the end. The means so you will have to clean out the “love passages”, after every use unless you use a condom. You can use both water and silicone based lubes with this toy.
Design and Dimensions
This toy has two parts the first being obviously the inflatable love pillow, the second being the removable ribbed TPR masturbator that measures 6”x 4.25”. The color of the masturbator is flesh like but it is a very plastic trying to look like flesh, flesh tone. The opening is designed to look like a vulva however; the design of it on this toy just does not look right. Lastly, the masturbator had a smell to it almost like vanilla. Overall, the design of the masturbator by itself is a turn off.
Moving on to the pillow, when inflated this toy measures 44.25” x 12” (Out of the box, un-inflated and folded, it measured 9” x 8” x 2” and the box measures 7” wide by 9” high by 3 ¼ deep, to give you an idea of how much storage space you’ll need for the un-inflated toy.) The toy has five slots that you can put the TPR masturbator in to one at the very bottom of the toy, one in the front about 9” up from the bottom of the toy, one in the back in the same position as the hole in the front and one on each side of the toy. The ones in the side are in slightly different positions with the one on the right side being roughly 1 foot 3 inches up from the bottom and the one of the left being 1 foot 9 inches from the bottom.
The toy is white with a design of a naked, purple haired Anime girl on the top of the toy. Although the girl’s legs are spread, much like a Barbie doll there is nothing drawn between her legs. At the bottom is the name Miho love pillow two Japanese characters and some stars. The back of the toy is completely white.
Lastly, this toy is part of Cal Exotics Anime themed lines of toys. This line includes 6 inflatable toys 4 stand alone masturbators (The Yozakura, the Suzumiya kokomi, the Sizuru, and the First Love . The six inflatable toys being, this love pillow, the Asuka love pillow (which appears to be the same as this but with a different Anime girl); the Kaede inflatable lover and Sakura inflatable lover masturbators; and lastly the Kishimoto serika doggie style and Kawai rimi kneeling love which are more full sized love dolls.
Pleasure and Use
Let us start just by looking at the ribbed masturbator by itself. Firstly, let me reiterate that the toy’s smell and look are a turn off. Moving on the opening is very small, the TPR is stretchy so it not a problem using it by itself…by itself… it does create a problem when using it with the love pillow, there not much to help guide you in when you try to thrust into it while it is inside of the pillow. The internal ribs are very mild and not that stimulating I like it better then a completely smooth texture, but overall its meh.
Moving on to the pillow, inflating the doll was easy enough to do manually and the plug didn’t seem to leak air at any point during testing so that’s a plus. The first thing I tried after inflating it was, “Miho” on top using the included pocket pussy, which failed miserably, it is just too hard to effectively thrust into this toy no matter which slot you put the masturbator. Firstly, even fully inflated the air inside still gives the doll too much give and not enough resistance. Secondly, the masturbator itself is too floppy and it is hard to position it in the pockets either it: slides out, too much ends up hanging outside the pocket or it bunches in on itself. Thirdly, as I said above the opening of the included masturbator makes it tricky to penetrate and thrust into. Miho on top was a failure, the next position I tried was a roughly doggie style positioning this got rid of some of the difficult, I could thrust in to it a little better, but the toy was still too floppy and difficult to get a good rhythm for penetration with. Next was me on top… I just could not get a comfortable angle for penetration. I ended up more grinding on it then penetrating it. Grinding on it still produced enough pleasurable friction that it felt better then the last two attempts but a regular pillow would work just as well….so far we have an R-rated pool toy.
Lastly, was me doing the pillow standing up with it against the wall and… Eureka! This position finally gave me what was lacking in all the others a good angle for penetrations and the right amount of give to resistance. Unlike the other positions, the way the air moved and displaced as I thrusting in this actually worked well providing a good give and take short of feeling. The bottom slot was useless for this position but the front, back and the two sides all worked well here. The pillow worked well in this position but I still did not like the included masturbator.
First, I tried doing it without a masturbator at all, failure in any position. The pocket is too loose, and I don’t like the feel of plastic on my privates. (What can I say my dick is a material snob.) Therefore, I decided to try using some other masturbators in the slots to see, the full sized Fleshlights where too big, my other pocket pussy was too small but then I tried putting in my sex in can, (can and all) and now we were on to something. The can provided enough rigidity and it stayed in place well enough to provide a very pleasurable experience. The can stood out a bit too much, it was very hard to get the can in and out of the pocket, and I fear that prolonged use like this may cause the pocket to tear, as the sex in can is much bigger the included pocket pussy. However, it was proof of concept if you will that a love doll could work.
Which brought me to my last test; I put my Tantus Stroker XL in one of the slots and pushed the love doll against the wall. Eureka! This finally delivered on all account the stoker fit nicely in the pocket; its internal texture, as opposed to the included toy’s, feels great and as I said the against the wall position works well with the Miho. While, all the other positions and configurations failed this one worked brilliantly and is the only way I can see myself using this in the future.
A final note on using this toy, although the 5 pockets are to allow five different places to place the masturbator, they also provide two other benefits. Firstly, you can use them to hold on to get a good grip on the doll. Secondly, you can place a good high-powered vibrator in one other than the one you’re in to turn it in to a vibrating love doll.
Packaging
The toy comes in a very Anime package with a graphic of the Anime girl on it. The packaging will give away that what is inside is a sex toy, as it has a naked anime girl on it, love doll in multiple place, a pic of the masturbator and the phrase “Take Me Hard” on it. The Anime design does make it look cuter and less pervy then some packaging so that is a plus. Inside you will find the masturbator, and the un-inflated pillow wrapped into some tissue paper. The pillow will also come with two pieces of tape covering the nipples…which I found hilarious for some reason.

Who is it for?
Obviously, this toy is designed for Anime fans. If you not just buying it just for the Anime aspect (or as a gag gift) I would only go for this is you like standing sex and have a third party masturbator to use with it instead.
Closing Thoughts
Overall, I’d give Milo a 3/5. The included masturbator is cheap and it fails in most of the positions so it not going to work for most applications. If I stopped testing there, I would have given the toy a one but the anime design was cute and using it standing up and loading it with third-party masturbators, it was terrific and I would actually recommend if that small niche use appeals to you.
