Position of the Day Playing Cards by Nerve
If you’ve read my strip poker post you would know I like poker so I was happy to review the Position of the Day Playing Cards for Good Vibrations when offered the chance. Overall, they are a fun little novelty for heterosexual couples.
Nerve Postion Of the Day Playing Cards
The position of the day playing cards are your stranded 54 card deck of playing cards (52 card + 2 jokers). Each card in the deck has a silhouettes of a couple in a different sex position, just silhouettes no genitals shots so it all tasteful. Underneath each picture is the name of the position.
The person naming them had a sense of humor with some of the position having the typical animal names such as “The Squid” and the “The Humpback Whale” some more humorous such as “The NYPD” , “The Stealth Bombshell”, “OHHHHH, Canada!” , and “Pin The Tail On The Girlfriend”. Also the four suits each have a theme to them:
The hearts have a pop culture theme to them with names such as “Missionary Impossible”, “Tarzan Meet Jane” and “The 007” The diamonds focus on animal based names such as the “Cat’s Cradle” and “Poking the “Inchworm with a Stick” and so on. The spades have a sport them to them with cards such” The Stating Block” and “Bang Gliding” Lastly, The clubs have a patriotism/service theme: with positions such as “The Pledge” “Raising Her Flag” and “The Happy Fire Man”. One nice touch is that the royal cards (Ace, King, Queen and Jack) have a slightly different boarder around them then the other cards.
Most of the positions are doable for most couples but there are also some intermediate positions, and some which should only be attempted if the most daring of couples, such as “Bombs Bursting In Air” Most of the cards are standard sex position although there are also fiveoral sex positions in the deck. Interestingly, the cards are all cunnilingus positions fellatio is curiously not well represented in this deck. The deck is also aim at heterosexual couples the only non-heterosexual position are two women on the Joker cards (in an unnamed position) and on the five of diamonds. It would of been a nice nod to diversity if they had made one joker M/M and one F/F but o well.
The cards they are of decent quality and mildly coated making them resistant to water however, they aren’t exceptional quality by any means. The cards bend and mark easily and the cards have a woven texture that drags when shuffling the card. You should also keep in mind that the back has a clear top and bottom when shuffling the cards.
Overall the position of the day playing cards are exactly what I expected them to be a fun little deck of cards designed for heterosexual couples. They aren’t the best deck of playing cards I’ve had but for $8.50 they are worth the money.
